Welcome

Thank you for your interest in NFF’s products and services! NFF is a national nonprofit lender and consultant, helping mission-driven organizations adapt, thrive, and drive positive change.

The following questions will help us better understand the current experiences and challenges facing your organization, to be able to respond with support that meets your needs. Answers are for informational purposes only to help us better understand market needs, and will not have any impact on the assessment of the application.

Below is a list of our current lending eligibility requirements. Please note that we are constantly looking at innovative and effective ways to sustain and strengthen the nonprofit sector through our financing products and services; therefore, even if we do not have the right financing solution for you right now, we will use the information you provide to inform our product design and seek new sources of capital that will enable us to be nimbler and more responsive to our clients and the communities they serve.

Eligibility requirements for our permanent loan fund:

  • 501(c)(3) organizations or others focused on low-income or underserved communities
  • Typically seek a loan or line of credit of $250,000+
Please note that a loan or line of credit from NFF’s permanent loan fund is typically a minimum of $250,000 through $8 million. NFF is occasionally able to offer smaller loans with different terms through special targeted loan funds in partnership with philanthropy. However, we currently don’t have any available special funds.

After you submit this form, we will contact you and let you know how we can help you. In the event we don’t have a product ready for you right now, we will keep your information on file and reach out to you when we are able to offer a wider range of products in the future, as we continue seeking flexible capital sources and launching small funding initiatives.
